Smartphone not working

I ordered a smartphone device from FNB and on the same day that I received it, the screen went blank in the evening. I phoned FNB to find out what the process is to get this phone fixed or replaced. I was given another number which I did call and they promised to come back to me and send me forms which I need to fill out and yet I still have not had this. FNB were speedy to get the device to me yet they are very slow to resolve the problem with their device. I am a disappointed customer.
