I contacted FNB smartphone queries as my husband applied for the smartphone device via online banking last week. To date no sms nor phone call was received from FNB. They informed me that the process takes 10-15 working days for the processing of the application but if the client was declined, then they DO NOT contact the client. Does the client not have the right to be contacted whether he was approved or not. Is this not good customer service. Think FNB needs to change there slogan from "How can we help you" to "How can we NOT help you"
