Smartphone not even ordered ye

I've ordered an iPhone 5 (WHITE) from FNB last week.
After much querying with the delivery company, Digital Planet, they told me that they have not received my order from FNB.

After contacting FNB, they promised me IN WRITING that the order would be given to the couriers by close of business YESTERDAY. I called again today to ensure this was done. IT WAS NOT!

I've called FNB to complain, and they've put me on a "priority list" and the consultant said that he would get the department to dispatch the device today, but why should I believe this???

I need the device before Wednesday as I am going overseas and their delays are just messing up EVERYTHING. I am a paying customer, and they just treat you like someone on the street!

Unacceptable!
