FNB claims they finalise home loan applications in 5-7 work days. Is is now 12 work days that I have been waiting for an answer. I have been an FNB client for over 10 years and have both my business and personal accounts with FNB. My premier banker Natasha never came back to me with feedback regarding my home loan queries despite me calling her numerous times asking for assistance. Peter Russon, the person dealing with my home loan application is apologetic but powerless. Sharon his supervisor was full of excuses and promises since Monday this week but with no result and now she has also stopped phoning me to apologise. I am also not allowed to contact the credit department and the person dealing with my application to check where it is in the process. Not only has FNB failed in service delivery and all promises to date but they also seem not to care to rectify this.
