Home Loan app not processed - been 11 Days

I would like to express my disappointment in the level of service that I have received from Standard bank. I have been a loyal customer with the bank now for 20 years and have never received such shocking service.
I handed in my home loan application to yourself on Monday, 6th January, to date, I still have not heard from the home loan department or yourself whether my home loan has been approved! On Tuesday, I was informed that the application had been closed because they could not reach the current home owner to access the property, which is total rubbish as we put in applications with other banks and they managed to speak to the owners, plus the owners had informed us that Standard Bank had not contacted them at all. Furthermore I refuse to deal with anyone in the call center as they are rude and arrogant and have no interest in helping, and come across as not knowing anything! I have until tomorrow to sign, and unfortunately since Standard Bank have not even bothered in coming back to me, and definitely do not want the business then i will gladly take my business elsewhere and also take the rest of my accounts as well, very disappointed and unhappy!
