My real estate agent applied for a home loan on my behalf ten days ago, up to date there is NO feedback from the bank on my application. When calling the call centre, Mohammad tells me he can't do anything for me because I must follow the channels through which my application was submitted. So if the person dealing with my application doesn't come back to me and the call centre can't assist WHO can give me an answer??? If this is the service a client of 20 years receive, what service will a new client get?? Lucky for me another bank already approved a 100% loan so I WILL transfer all my business to them asap!!!
