Terrible home loan service

I have no words for the terrible service I received from Damian Siljeur... a so called "home loan specialist". I sent my application in to all four banks at the same time. Each bank came back to me within 5 days some approved and some did not. I am still waiting for a response from FNB. Damian did not once get back to me or assist me in any way. Damian lacked knowledge of the home loan application process and products. The call centre was able to assist me more than what he was. I eventually received assistance from Lufuno Rasiluma who assisted me after going through the call centre after 2 weeks of waiting for Damian's empty promises to materialise... I am still waiting.

I have been an FNB fan but I will be moving my accounts as soon as possible.
