Home Loan Department No Feed Back

I applied for a new home loan via a branch. I gave in all the documents that were asked for.
A few days later i still haven't herd anything form FNB, so i called the home loan department and only then i get told that no my application is on hold because i didn't submit my employers financial statements. At this point i was already very ticked off since no had called or emailed me to ask for them the just stopped the process... But i immediately forwarded them to the email given to my by the call center. The next day i called again and i got the same thing that the application is on hold for yet other documents but again no one had contacted me to ask.

I have in the past been very happy with FNB and actually got all my friends and to move over. So i decided to only apply through FNB for a home loan, but now the time remaining on the offer is running out and getting no feedback...
