Does not honor international waranty

The case is simple, we bought a Series 9 Notebook in Dubai airport and requested a battery replacement in Thailand at the official Samsung repair center while on holiday there.
Samsung Thailand, by replacing the battery, cracked the Notebook frame surrounding the keyboard and worst of it damaged something inside so the whole notebook bottom plate overheats.
I have been advised by Korea to bring the notebook to the local authorized Samsung repair shop who will attend to it. Yes they did attend to it by giving me an estimate of a minimum charge of Rand 434.21 ex Vat for a damage which has been done by Samsung. The battery replacement took place 12.11.2013 and since than I get send from Samsung Thailand to Samsung Dubai than Samsung Korea and now Samsung South Africa as I am living here.
