On Monday 28OCT13, I went in to the branch in Boksburg looking for a notebook (laptop). I did not get any service until one gentleman told one of the staff to assist me, he's body language said it all, he did not feel like helping. I ask him about the Samsung i3, he's knowledge on these products was poor. The price I saw was R5000, I still asked him is that the price and he said yes. I then walked around and looked at the other products, no help from him at all. Thursday I went back to buy the notebook for R5000, but to my surprise it was R7000. Asking the same so called sales person, why is it more, he told me it was on sale only until Tuesday. If I new that I would have gone back the next day. My son asked him some technical question about the notebook, he the sales person just went blank, no clue what he asked. He went to see the manager JEAN, very unfriendly person, refused to give it to me at the price I saw and said he can only give me a R1000 off. After all it was the salesperson's mistake not telling me that the orange prices are the specials and still have the odasity telling me, yes he told me. The manager not even saying sorry, turned around and walked away.
