I have recently had several problems with FNB.
Firstly I took out a tablet offer with FNB and now they are charging odd amounts twice a month in account fees instead of the agreed account fee at the end of the month, no information was given to me about this and I find this sneaky.
Secondly the Bank you change facility I had on my account suddenly stopped in November, I have tried signing up again to with no luck.
Thirdly, I applied for a business account online and got to the product acceptance stage it was all ready to set up however I got distracted and the application timed out, I have since tried setting it up via there call center however found there Advisor unhelpful and she was meant to call my back but hasn't.
I also wrote a grumble to them explaining the above via there online contact us and have heard nothing.
For the most innovative bank I seem to be hitting a wall and as for "how can we help you" they seem to be avoiding helping me. Very Frustrating.
