My parents have a Hospital Cash Plan with Chartis (AIG) Insurance. My mother was admitted to Hospital on the 5th December 2012, after she collapsed at home.
She underwent a triple bypass and was released from Hospital on the 18th January 2013.
My father also got sick during that period and was in Hospital for a week.
I submitted the Hospitalisation Claim Forms upon their discharge.
I have e-mailed them, I have faxed them, I have called Chartis Life. Up to today I have not yet had a response, nor an acknowledgement that they have received the Claim Forms.
Please advise what do I do now?
