I have taken out a hospital plan with Chartis in November 2012, I have since not received any documents to this hospital plan as i asked it to be posted and Emailed, But to no avail, I have since been called by them to offer me a bigger plan, I have begged them to please first just mail me my documents so i at least know who to call in case i need to put in a claim, NO!!! Nothing they have been taking there monthly premium with no problems but still no paper work, I DONT EVEN HAVE A NUMBER for this freaking Chartis, I have never ever struggled to get documents out of any place like this before, Why do this company Chartis exists, Makes me wonder if they are not just from us
