I have a hospital plan with Chartis now known as AIG. Last year in August I was admitted in hospital and I submitted my claim and it was not paid till today. And again this year I was admitted in hospital and I submitted my claim and it is not paid. Everytime I call to make a follow on the claim I'm told that they did not receive my claim. But when I fax it went through and email also go through but Chartis claim that they did not receive my claim. I have been faxing and emailing to Chartis everyday from 28 January 2013 yet they say they don't receive my email and fax. It sounds as if they don't want to pay my claim because is not the first claim they didn't pay or give me feedback why they not paying. I want to be refunded all my montly installment since I started because they only good in deducting mony from my account but when it's time for my benefit, I don't receive them. And I will advice others not to fall for Chartis or AIG and falls pretencies.
