Greetings

I have had my chartis AIG hospital cash plan for 3 years. during this time i have always had smooth running when processing my claims and was always paid within time.

However during my second last claim on the 01 August 2013 i have had endless irritation dealing with chartis AIG. I sent through my discharge note, hospital account, Claim forms all the documents as requested as always required on the 09 September 2013. i call to confirm the next week to confirm they emailed me requesting more documents, pathology reports, radiology reports, doctors letter, hospital file, sick leave application from my company, bank details, copy of my id etc. In three years i have not experienced any problems with other claims, why is Busisiwe Mabona being a tyrant and blocking my claim. The call centres have absolutely no dea what they are doing they are literally Stupid with their security verification questions and lack of knowledge on how to deal with a client. I have submitted whatever was requested except for the Hospital file (that costs R 600), the doctors report (that costs R 800) and my bank details as every month the same account is debited??
