On arrival i was greeted by a friendly staff member know as Shaun Gilbert. He went out of his way to assist me and make me feel comfortable. i was treated as a person and not made to feel like a number. Shaun was very quick and thorough in his examination of my vehicle. he advised me of ehat will happen after he has submitted his report and i am now fully aware of how to get my vehicle repaired as efficiently as possible. all the staff at the Telesure Drive in Centre are amazing friendly professional people. what a pleasure.
