Why change to FNB!? "Beep" Bank is much better!

I opened an FNB account on 15/08/2013. Since then I've experienced endless issues with FNB! I would rather pay higher banking fees and receive good service than pay less for this terrible service!

I signed for an overdraft facility which would reflect on my profile upon receipt of all required documents. To date, there's nothing. Nobody I've spoken to knows what's going on.

I personally submitted documents to Boitumelo Kgasago at Nicolway Centre in Bryanston on 31/08/2013. The complete pack contained 3 months bank statements from my current bank, salary switching form, debit order switching form, etc.. Over a month later, my salary was paid into my current bank account, and all debit orders came off my current bank account. When I called FNB to query this, I was told that my forms were never submitted. So where are they???

These are just two of the issues experienced in the last month. FNB go all out advertising how quick and easy it is to change banks from "Beep" Bank to FNB... what a joke!
