Hi, I sent my debit order switching form as requested and the only feedback I received is one agent cc'ing me on an email to another agent, requesting that agent to contact me. Since then, I have emailed ABSA Actionline, ABSA Home Loans, ABSA Switching and ABSA Investments and to date I have only received the auotmated response. I understand there is a turnaround time but I think 24 hours is enough time to just advise whether a debit order has been switched or not?
