What is going on with service at FNB? After speaking to Loketso, Glen, Calentia, Shenise, I eventually got hold of Nicole, who tried to assist me. When I asked for her telephone number she gave me a call centre number and said everyone knows her. Well, I spoke to Tuli and Selwyn and no one knows her!! She was putting me through to some department to sort out the problem and eventually after hanging on for goodness knows how long, I got an engaged sound in my ear.
I want service! I want the money sitting in "pending" to be put into my account.
DO SOMETHING!!!
