Can i just get my data please!

I have been on hold for 1 hour waiting for some one to pick up my call and then eventually help me with my query. some girl eventually picks up tells me i have reached the wrong department i must go through to devices then tells me she will give me the number for the department and put me through I am then put on hold for another 30 minutes where the line eventually cuts and i now dial the number she gave me only to find that the number wont connect i am very irritated and annoyed at the service... its ridiculous to be on hold for so long just to get data on my phone!!!
