"We put our customers first" REALLY!!!

Northgate - Waited 35 min to be served at the tellers in the Tv and sound department as no cashiers were to be seen, I personally had to walk to the front of the shop to ask for assistance as there were many other customers waiting. Asked help desk to call a manager (over the phone) but refused to come, eventually got hold of Andries (admin manager) who aslo tried to pass the buck over the phone but did not know he was speaking to a customer at the time - eventually after blowing my gasket Andries got hold of Sipewe 2nd in charge as I was told who came to assist - When asked what action plans are in place to avoid this of happening in future the awnser I got is "we will fix it ... "we have been shopping on and off there now for 8 months and there are always staff hanging outside, less than a third of the tills open and shelf pricing that are incorrect
