I have just spoken to the rudest consultant about my replacement credit card. Unfortunately I did not get a name. I am very sorry I disturbed his restful day and expected him to actually do what I thought was his job. People like this give the bank a bad name. To top it all off I asked him for the number of the department and the reference number for my case and he gave the incorrect telephone number and reference number. Fortunately the call centre I called after that was more effective and put me through to the correct department and gave me the correct information.
