Money was deposited into my bank account and reference used is not familiar to me. I then phoned FNB telephone banking and asked them to assist me with tracing where the money comes from. They gave me Standard Banks number to call as that is the tracing number that appears on the transaction.

When I called Standard Bank they told me they need an ACB User Code and Source Account No to be able to assist me.

I went to FNB MetLife Plaza and the lady who assisted me gave me a printout and told me that's all she can assist me with. Printout did not have the info required and I still have not successfully traced the source of the money.
