I went to the Apple iStore at Clearwater Mall yesterday to apply for a iphone 5 using the FNB payment option. The application was made and then the consultant told me that he received an email saying that I have another application pending online with FNB and that i must contact FNB. I then went to the FNB store at Clearwater Mall and i was directed to the telephone that could connect me to FNB APPS department. I literally waited about one hour before a Martie answered the phone only to tell me that i don't have any other applications pending. I went back to the iStore where the consultant then called another number where i was asked if i want to escalate this. I asked why could this not be cancelled, but she continuously asked if i want to escalate the query. I then asked for the supervisor and was put on hold and eventually cut off. I then phoned the Premier Suite and was told by them that the matter has been escalated and that i will have to wait two to three days for feedback. I eventually decided to purchase the phone with my credit card, but this now sets me back because i now have to pay interest when i could have done it through my bank that brags all over the radio.
