WHERE IS THE SERVICE???

FIRST QUERY: What is going on with service at FNB? After speaking to Loketso, Glen, Calentia, Shenise, I eventually got hold of Nicole, who tried to assist me. When I asked for her telephone number she gave me a call centre number and said everyone knows her. Well, I spoke to Tuli and Selwyn and no one knows her!! She was putting me through to some department to sort out the problem and eventually after hanging on for goodness knows how long, I got an engaged sound in my ear. I want service! I want the money sitting in "pending" to be put into my account. DO SOMETHING!!!

RESPONSE: Hello ak190360, Thank you for your posting and I apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this must have caused. I have lodged this as a formal complaint under reference 256992 and escalated it through to Merchant Services to investigate and they will be in contact with you.

SECOND QUERY: Zandile called me and said she is looking into the query and will call me back. Naturally, she didn't bother, so where did my query and my money? The phone number she gave me 087 312 9897 - obviously doesn't get me through to her, no one know her! SO NOW?
