It is with great disappointment and sadness the ABSA I direct has unfairly, unjustly and discriminatory basis whilst I have honored all my obligation as policy holder and paid all my premiums since inception and complied with all policy provisions. The absa I diect promise for unparrallelled service has turned into a nightmare since when I had an accident in December 2012. After being treated like a criminal and being moved from pillar to post they have on an unfair basis decided they not honoring my claim because of undisclosure of all relevant information yet I provided all material information at policy inception. The attitude of the loss adjuster had been that of suggesting I deliberately caused the accident which in not true. I need to ensure other people do not fall to the same trap where after failing to find anything wrong on clients claim they accuse the policy holder did not give all information at policy inception. I have since lodged complain with ombudsman and will approach the court. I want to warn all south Africans and my friends about this Absa practice which is outright unfair, unjust and based on bad business principle. I will fight them until sanity prevails.
