My wife and I visited the branch in South Downs on 12 January 2013 to draw up a final will and testament. We had to fill in some forms which will be used to draw up the necessary document for proof reading and signature. After we've paid the applicable amount (Over R200-00) for it to be done and to be kept safe we have not heard or seen from ABSA again. (I have the deposit slip as proof). Can I reclaim the amount paid to draw up the document at another institution who would do it for free like Alexander Forbes. Thus I will make sure that no fee went to ABSA in anyway when the will needs to be settled. I think that this is totally unacceptable and BAD Service.
