I was very appalled by the service that i received at your bank. I went to the bank to open a simple savings account and i was sent up and down as a result of being assisted by three different consults who all gave me the wrong information as to which documents are required. On my fourth return to the bank that day I was assisted by Tlaleng Lekopa who was rude and didn't want to hear anything, when i asked for his name he instructed me to move from his desk as he had other clients to assist.
