Good day, Please be advice that if you want to insure with Absa Idirect please do so at your own peril!! No service, no worth logging a claim so you can just about give your money to me rather so that I can spend it!! House break in 25/08 no information yet and it is 10/18, underinsured yeah you are in for this because no matter what you say you are always under insured so expect only about 20% of your claim to be paid back that is if you are lucky and not me and possibly 100's/1000's others that are not even getting information what to say about reimbursement on your claim!! Worthless waste of money!!
PS. ABSA Idirect I am going to the Insurance Ombudsman as well...
