Broken promises and poor service

My home was struck by lightening in Oct 2012 and I immediately informed ABSA. Assessor appointed quickly - Waybridge Consulting and E&E Assessing. This was the period of very heavy storms in Jhb and i was informed that they were very busy. Explained that the items broken affected my home security (gate, garage door, electric fence) and geyser and was told to go ahead and do the repairs and submit invoices and photos which I did. Having heard nothing for 2 months was eventually informed, when I called them, that the claim had been rejected as no salvages had been inspected. Luckily, still had the salvages so assessors were sent out again in Jan. I have since made numerous phone calls, submitted the same documents over and over, been promised on several occasions that the process was complete and had been submitted for payment, but still no progress. Waybridge NEVER return calls, send emails asking me to call them then don"t answer.
ABSA blame Waybridge, Waybrige blame the assessors, and I am stuck in the middle, out of pocket and wasting my time. My contract is with ABSA, surely it is their responsibility to sort this out
