And bad advice happening 4 times!!!

I hate having to say bad things about a company but this is something that I just couldnt ignore. Let me explain my frustration from the start. I have been with this bank for the better part of 2-3 years. It was my first account so I wasnt fully aware of everything. I needed an account for my first jobs salary. With the first debit card I took out I kind of knew the charges, only to find out they had been charging me around R150 - R250 a month just on fees! I changed my account twice in this time and eventually got stuck with my cheque transmission account that I have now. All was fine until I found that I needed a credit worthiness to take out contracts. I spoke to my bank and they advised applying for a credit card... I was actually told by the bank that there would be no charge on this card! I signed nothing! After finding out about the charges from a strange amount coming off my card I went into the bank and fought for almost 2 hours only to find out that the card I took out that I payed off in FULL every month was the most expensive card available! I sucked it up and kept it. I only have a R750 limit and have now found out that my payments are just making a loop! Very unhappy
