CLAIM NOT PROCESSED

My house was broken into on the 2013/10/16 and the alarm system was damaged and had to pay from my own pocket but before I confirmed with claims Dept. was given a go ahead and that I can claim from the Insurance later which I did but no luck. I submitted the Invoices and the person I submitted the invoices said claim will be processed over the phone. I have send the 1st email on the 2013/10/21 to submit my claim with invoice, the 2nd on the 2013/11/27 and still NO feedback, I also called the call centre several times using my cell phone n would hold for over 10 min with no answer or assistance. All I want is my back ASAP before 2014 and would also want to be compensated for the airtime I was using calling because if this was resolved in time I wouldn't have made those calls. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but want my money as in yesterday. Please assist ASAP.
