I applied for a Personal loan at Nedbank wich was pre-aproved over the phone. after going to the branch and going thru all the necessary paper work, was later told that IT was declined due to the fact that they couldnt confirm my employment. i was requested to send a company letter stating the fact that i work there to which i complied. a day later and with the letter in their possession they not only just didnt phone my company to confirm employment, but they also cant give me an answer as to WHY!!! went into bank to try and clarify why, and got given a telephone number for the complaints department that doesnt even exist (0860444000). absolutely not helpful at all.
