Great call centre and branch service

I'm so impressed again with Capitec service. I had to organise some archaic "proof of bank account" letter to get paid for a magazine article I wrote. I really didn't relish the thought of having to go to my branch to get the letter, as I do all my banking online. So I phoned the Capitec call centre on Friday, explaining what I needed. They said they'd prepare a "confirmation of bank account" letter and send it to my branch (Mowbray).

On Monday I phoned Mowbray to find out if they had the letter, which they said they did. I rocked up at the branch late yesterday afternoon and said to the woman at Front Desk "I'm coming to collect a confirmation letter". "Longman? " she said (which really impressed me). And, after a short wait for them to go to the back to get it, I had my stamped, official bank letter! I really am so delighted and impressed. Thank you.
