Letter of good conduct

I've tried on various occasions at the branch at N1 City, Cape Town and the call centre. All I require is a letter of good conduct from the bank saying that my account has never been over drawn, or that there has always been money on my account. First 2 times they gave me a letter that just confirms that I have an account, I had to wait 48 hours for each of these letters. The 3rd letter had a wrong address and still the wrong letter. When I called the call centre again. I was informed that they cannot insert that line in the letter I was told they can't since it would be disclosing information. What I don't understand, is that all the letter would disclose is my information to me. They also said that since its a savings account it cannot be overdrawn, so why cant they state that the account is in good standing. I am now waiting for longer than 48 hours to hear if any letter is ready for me to collect. Also they can only print these letters in black and white, so the entire letter looks like a photocopy because the bank stamp is also in black, leaving me with no way to prove that the letter is an original document. The cant even email me a pdf of the letter.
