I settled a personal loan with this company in November last year. When i applied for the loan the money was in my account the same afternoon. I settled the account the next month and have made serveral calls to get a settlement letter so I can have the credit bureau updated because Capitec has not done there job. I get transferred from one call centre to the next. Stand in a long line at your branch and I am still waiting for the letter. Never again. Please send the letter to [Email Removed] and dont call me.
