They say I should ask why

On the 18 November 2013 I went to Capitec bank at Cresta mall to apply for a personal loan then I was assisted by Sherwin, I gave him all the documents they needed and said he will call me the following day. On the 19th when he called he said I should bring letter of employment (contract) because they couldn't get hold of HR, when I went there to submit the letter, I was assisted by another lady who said they needed a confirmation letter recently dated, so I had to leave the bank once again without my loan being sorted because of miscommunication and unprofessional ism. I then emailed them the letter the same day (Tuesday). I called Sherwin to tell him i have emailed the letter and he said he will get back me soon because the letter was going to be sent to their credit department. I'm yet to receive a call from Capitec regarding my loan. They treated the matter with no sense of emergency. The bank claims that they are efficient and helpful, however that has not been the case.
