HIGHER GRADE INCOMPETENCE

I am appalled by the type of service rendered by the Capitec bank Goodwood branch, I think they must just be shut down as I do not even bother anymore by going there I go to the N1 City branch as I find them more efficient. Last year July I struggled to get a loan by them even after going there for 2 days (and on both occassions I sat more than 45 minutes with a consultant who kept on asking from his colleagues for assistance) I decided to go to the Bellville branch andI got the same loan that the Goodwood branch could not assist me with (I let it slide).
The latest is that my sister who is a student & opened an account at Capitec bank was refused a bank statement and a bank account confirmation letter. Went to the Goodwood branch Monday & Tuesday & was told that a statement cannot be issued as she has not deposited the R25.00 into her account & the bank account confirmation letter could not be issued as she is a student & unemployed. Why o[pen an account for her if she is unemployed??? She finally got the confirmation letter from the Cape Town branch. Goodwood branch is useless if one has to go to other branches for assistance.
