SMARTPHONE AND TABLETS DISASTER

I ordered an IPAD no the 28 of February 2013 at fnb and i was told it will take them 10 to 15 working days... i still waiting till today no communication regarding to the delay... i call them to follow up and its seems everybody in that department have no idea... the fact that my account was adjusted and admin fees is dedicated... since i was getting this ipad for my nephew... his so disappointed at me... according to the terms and conditions i don't benefit anything as a customer...
