FNB - poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the service at FNB queensburgh branch. I have been debited twice for the amount for R99.95 in December 2012 and January 2013 and I have taken my query to the branch where it is supposed to be dealt with. I have spoken to Asokan Moodley (acting branch manager) who said that the bank does not deal with debit orders and that maybe I had signed for something without realizing. After ensuring him that I had phoned the company that debited my account and they had confirmed that the money was debited from the incorrect account he said that he will escalate my query and get back to me. it has been two weeks and I have not received any response from the acting branch manager. I went into the bank to see Asokan who refused to see me and had sent a message with an employee saying that it was not necessary to speak to me in person as he has sent the query to the relevant department. I have emailed him requesting feedback and have not received any response. FNB has allowed money to be taken out of my account without my permission. The customer service I have received thus far is pathetic. i expect my money be refunded timeously.
