Claim dispute- unfair treatment

June 2012 took a contract with MTN for a Blackberry 9900. I was obtaining the contract phone for my sister to use the phone. I clearly specified instore that I was taking the phone on behalf of my sister. Was offered insurance and took it (MTn eastgate). It was clearly communicated to the lady in store that the phone was not mine. Insurance was taken and is being paid monthly by the user of the phone. Phone got sent through the claim that clearly specified that I was the owner and the user was my sister Lwho was paying for the insurance and gas been fit the past 7 months been the only communication with the insurance company. Her account was debited each month. The police station documents of the case clearly state case and that the user is my sister. I was called the day after emailing the claim fits and documentation that the claim is denied. All premiums are up to date. I have 3 devices under mobility insurance. This has been unfair treatment. I have fully disclosed honest truth throughout. If this matter is not solved I will be with drawing all devices from this insurance, and cancelling all contracts under MTN. I am a loyal client, I don't deserve this!
