Reporting A Claim

I SMSED Claim to 33771 sent an email with my police case number CAS 224/2/2013 and explained in my email that smashed my passenger side windows on Saturday morning and I have still not been assisted. This slow service happened last time I launched a claim. I am happy they settle claims but I am unhappy with their service maybe that's why they are so Affordable.
