Very Bad Service

I went to Standard Bank Safari Gardens in Rustenburg to get a pension fund form stamped and signed at the bank.

The power was off and I went to the tellers, I greeted the lady and she reluctantly greeted back, I gave her the document and she very hesitantly took it from me through the safety glass draw, I explained to her I needed it stamped, she did not respond at me and she started talking Tswana. I asked her if she was talking to me, she rudely replied to me "NO", she was talking to her colleague next to her, she then said I should have gone to the enquiries not to her. I then said to her if I must go to enquiries and she looked at me and said I should not shout at her (at that point I was already getting annoyed with her arrogant attitude).

I then said I did not, I told her she was very unprofessional being rude and reluctant to assist clients, and speaking Tswana in front of me. She then threw the document into the opening draw and said she will not assist me and I should go to enquiries, I asked her name and she just ignored me. I then said I am going to report her for being so rude she laughed and sai do it she does not care. Enquiries helped and told me she was Kelly.
