Unresponsive call centre

My name is Sammy andi had an accident yesterday (25/03/2013) at about 6:55am. The emergency guy from iwyze did an excellent job by sending a tow truck. He advised that I lodge a claim with the claims department which I have attempted to do since yesterday 11h00 to today. All I hear is background music and a funny voice telling me to be patient. I left messages for them to call me and that has not happened yet. I went to their website, left a message for the claims department and even sent an SMS to 33771 for them to call me and they have not done that. I am immobile now however I paid my insurance premiums faithfully for 2 years without claims. Please assist to get this company to get their act together.
