First thing Monday morning i sent Iwyze a sms to summit a claim, they said someone will get back to me within a day, that afternoon i called in and they took a msg saying some one will call me. Tuesday afternoon not hearing from anyone i called them back and demanded i speak to a claims adviser she assisted me and said she will call me the next day to advise where and when i will meet the investigator. i didn't even get a courtesy call. i work for a company who prides them self in customer service. its now the 4th day and i have not heard from anyone. if it takes so long to summit a claim how long will it take to be settled.
