I'm actually g? ::%vol! So much so that i previously cancelled my contract but had to reinstate it as i was not finding an affordable insurer. The service iwyze provides is pathetic and appalling. In March 2013 i wanted to lodge a claim. That call centre is FOR EVER busy. I left a message at reception - No one called be back! I sent my details to their claims sms line - No one called me back! Eventually i got through to a human being after holding on for 26mins. That claim was resolved.

In April 2013 i lodged a claim and spoke to Nomonde Zakhe. I gave her all the details incl police station and case number. Two days later, she emails requesting the very same information. I provide the details again. Each time i call to follow up on the status of the claim, i can never speak to her. I left a message with a colleague, but never received a call back, I emailed but did not receive so much as a confirmation of receipt.

Eventually last week Friday i was assisted by Sibusiso who told me the claim was approved. I received an email on Friday confirming authorisation and that a supplier had been appointed and someone would be in touch with me.

Five days later, i'm still waiting!
