My car was broken into on the 4th of March 2013, I called Iwyze and registered a claim for the Radio and Window. Palesa Nakedi said I did not cover the Radio and she said she will go back QA and retrieve the sales call and revert to me. Never happened and she sent me an email that she cannot find it and therefore they will process my claim. (that was a day after I cancelled my claim). Then she referred me to Nomonde Zakhe - total waste of time. After following up with Nomoya several times she then came back to me and said "we wont entertain your claim" this were her exact words. I'm just as good as moneone who doesnt have a cover. I have emails to prove the conservations I had with both Palesa and Nomonde.

I need someone to assist or I'm going to reverse my premiums and look for another insurance.
