I was in Australia when there was broken into my house. Upon hearing this, I immediately emailed Iwyze and a response was sent by Tumo. I returned to the country and lodged the claim with Iwyze, reported the matter to the police and sent all the details to Tumo. Everytime I needed feedback I had to call. Eventually I was told an investigator was appointed because there was no forced entry into my property. I dont think we need to be ignorant to expect people to break windows and doors to break in. I was then told telephonically that my claim would be repudiated because of this. I am still to receive a notice. When I phoned last week, Tumo told me that the claim would also not be entertained because my Bicycle was not spesified. I have phoned more than one company and they confirmed that it does not need to be spesified as it was covered under my house contents, seeing that it was from my garage. This is shocking service, and I am actually quite embarrased that I changed to Iwyze. IF my claim is not entertained, I will take this matter to the Ombudsman for Insurance. I expect a call back to explain where this matter is going
