Claim too slow

On 21 December 2013 in the morning I called Iwyze to log a claim about
the accident I had on 20 December 2013.

On my conversation with Nomsa I requested to be emailed all the
recordings I had with Iwyze until this day after 24 days I haven't
received them.

Another thing I discovered during my interaction with Iwyze during the
progress of the claim is that my home physical address was written
wrong hence I haven't received any documents from Iwyze. On 9 January
2014 I received a call from Iwyze that an accident specialist was
gonna be assigned to go through the accident scene since my story is
not believable but the sad part is, I asked but I was not told the date
when was the specialist was gonna come for the reassessment.

I feel this claim is taking more time than it should. My car is
damaged and drivable but its poses danger to my life as the airbags
and seat belts are damaged. I have informed my lawyer about this.
