Iwyze does not want to pay my claim

Hi, On the 22nd December my house was broken into - i came back to find two of my laptops, clothing missing. The first thing i did was Opened a case as SAPS, blocked a sim a Vodacom, went to iStore to try locate my laptop. - Iwyze rejected my claim due to "No Focible Entry" - I told them that was not going to break a door just to make it like "Focible entry" - I have been in the insurace field for 3, 5 years, i know what warrants a claim - i could have easily damaged my door - but my concience doesnt allow me. On the 7th i received a letter taht my claim was rejected - i responded with an email that states why my claim should be paid - till today i havent heared anything from iwyze. I have faithfully paid my premiums all these years on time - i have signed an affidavit under oath at SAPS i have told them what happend. I feel that if they strongly believe that i have faked this incident then they should open a case of against me or pay my claim.
